Blessed Sleep

Although sleep is important, it can be a waste of productive time.
But you can also think of it as a “mini holiday”.
A kind of special moment that lets you stop doing what you need to do. Best thing about it, it costs and exhausts nothing. Especially when you cannot afford the time and money for a proper holiday nearby or long-haul such as going for the Branson vacations in the USA.
Who wouldn’t welcome a short escape from the daily stress or in my case, the relentless demand for attention and the never-ending tasks to be done.
Even a couple of hours of unplanned sleep during the day can already improve the mood - especially when you can still hear the hustle and bustle outside but you don’t have to do anything about it.
And when the mood has improved, you will feel mentally and physically rejuvenated to return to the person that you need to be - ready for the next round of relentless demands and never-ending tasks…
