Finding Solace In A Holistic Sanctuary

I just read a post about the high number of suicide among Korean stars in the last few years.

Most were linked on depression while a few blamed it on their inability to cope with the pressure of fame. It’s sad to think of young lives who we thought have everything going for them but yet felt so desperate that they could not find any other less tragic means to end their misery.

Of course suicide can happened to anyone, rich or poor, famous or unknown. But it’s especially disturbing when it happened to a person who actually has the means to seek treatment.

I sure hope that South Korea has enough treatment centers to help not only stars but the ordinary folks to get help any mental and emotional problems which seems a rising problems in most big cities. They should have a holistic healing center like the Moonview Sanctuary in the USA which offers private treatment for additive behaviors, anger, anxiety, burnout, despression, stress management, trauma among other issues.

Read more on the holistic health approaches to treatment which even modern medical establishment has begun to integrate into the mainstream health care system.
