Spicy Food For Weight Loss

The eureka moment of tying spicy food with weight loss came to me early in life.

Specifically, when my tender taste bud was burnt by chillies and water was the only salve. Psychological salve, I should say because I don’t think water actually does anything but cools the burning sensation.

The fiery sensation will die down by itself after a while and by that time, I would have realized – too late – that there are glasses or glasses of water inside me that leave not much room for food.

So that’s how an appetite can be suppressed and weight can be kept at bay without the help of any chemical or one of those best diet pills sold in the market.

However, spicy food is no longer an issue for me and I enjoy Indian food and anything that has chillies or spices in them. And when I had something a little too much even for my seasoned tongue to handle, I know better to use only ice.

But if you dislike spicy food and eating whole chilli padi gives only mild tingling sensation – then you have no choice but to go the normal ways.
